The Workbook is divided into 20 individual lessons.  Each lesson highlights the material in the course book to be studied for that lesson.  Then there are hands on experiential exercises for the student to complete.  These give one a first hand experience of working with the essential oil/s and building up a personal relationship with that oil.  We find that when we have a personal relationship with an oil we have a much better recollection of what that oil will work for.  The plus is that these exercises are fun and easy to do!  At the end of each chapter are some multiple choice questions and answers.  These prepare one of the final exam.

Exam requirement is 100 Multiple Choice Questions plus a 500 – 2000 word essay.
