You will learn how to give a healthful and relaxing massage treatment to a healthy woman during the course of a normal, low-risk pregnancy. You will also learn how to teach prenatal partner massage to expectant couples. This program covers fundamental Swedish massage, acupressure, and reflexology techniques, contraindications, proper body positioning, equipment and supplies, and recommendations for conducting expectant couple classes.
